Bri Tri Kids Triathlon 20th August 2022

The Award-winning Bri Tri Kids Triathlon returns on Saturday 20th August 2022, in the delightful market town of Steyning, West Sussex. The event, run in association with kidstriUK, will be a fully chip-timed race. The swim is an indoor 'snaked' pool swim in a 25m pool followed by a lapped bike and run legs on the Steyning Grammar School playing fields. There are age group categories for novices and for more experienced children.

Volunteering and Marshalling

For all the events to function safely and efficiently, particularly children's events, many volunteer marshals are required.  Volunteering does not have to be an arduous job and can be extremely rewarding.  Often it is also the best way to see the action and to be able to encourage the participants as you will be right next to them as they pass.  You do not need any technical skills or particular physical abilities - you just need common sense, a caring attitude, enthusiasm and a big smile!

Don't hold back, make yourself know to the events team at any events you attend and offer to help out.  You'll go home with a huge smile on your face - guaranteed :-)
