There is a coached swim only session today

Registration for all will be at the Ringmer pool reception at 1830hrs.  The session starts at 1845hrs

The club has taken 2 lanes for a coached swim session.  The cost is £4 for each Tristar (to cover the pool hire cost).

Parents can also swim in the public lanes adjacent to the lanes that Sussex Tristars have hired.  Parents need to pay for their own swim directly with the pool staff on reception.
